Some cases are handled based strictly on an hourly rate. The rate is dependent on the complexity of the case, the experience of the attorney performing the services and the nature of the matter. The time spent on a case handled on this basis is itemized to the client and the client pays for the time expended by the attorney. Some cases, if requested by the client, may be performed on a fixed fee. Because U.S. immigration laws are federal in nature (i.e. no state or provincial law is involved), the Dworsky & Associates is able to provide reasonably priced legal services to clients immigrating anywhere in the United States.

While Dworsky & Associates initially specialized in business and family immigration, we have over the last several years expanded into other areas including International Law and Business Law. My staff is fluent in several languages including: Hebrew, Polish, Russian and Spanish. As a small firm, we are able to give absolute attention to your case and your needs.
